I came in on a Friday at 1:30pm with my travel trailer and with a bent axle. They determined that they could do a temporary fix and straighten it to get us back on the road. This was the last day of our 2 week trip, headed back home to Vancouver. We were extremely happy that they were able to shuffle some jobs around to get us in and out by closing time. From start to finish, from the girl that answered my call, to the counter person and mechanics, they all made me feel good about choosing this shop. You are an amazing bunch of people. I hope that I don't have to visit you guys again, but if I do, you'll be my first stop.

One of our hotshot trucks broke down in Castlgar (cracked radiator), over 900km away from home and no other shop in town would even look at him for over a week. Shredded a fan belt 30 minutes from town, Steve the mechanic came out and fixed me up. I can't stress how impressed I am with the service from Bill's. The guys (Roy, Steve, Ryan) go above and beyond and the shop is spotless. Keep up the good work guys.

So,I broke down with my Volvo at Castlegar. Did some calling around and the only shop willing to work on it was Bill's Heavy Duty. Let me tell you, these people are awesome! They were friendly and professional in all they did. The final bill was even less than I expected! That never happens. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are amazing. Called in with an issue just as they were closing and they waited for us. They were very knowledgeable on our engine, resolved the issue and we were on our way in minutes.
